ORDERS

Unfortunately due to our very fast turnaround and dispatch times we cannot add to existing orders once checkout has been completed, a new order will need to be made.

 

POSTAGE SERVICES

We use the following companies to send parcels: Royal Mail, UPS, Fedex and DPD.

 

UK SHIPPING

Some parcels will need to be signed for upon delivery, or may not fit through a letterbox. If no-one is home, a card will be left by your postman with delivery / pickup instructions. Sometimes items may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK under normal circumstances, holiday periods will take longer.

If the Tracked option is selected, packages will be sent TRACKED 48 which is a fully tracked service and allows up to keep prices reasonable, as Royal Mail increase their prices regularly.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Parcels will be sent to the address stated as the delivery address, this can be different to your own customer address. Unless we are informed parcels cannot be redirected to a different delivery address once the item has been posted.

 

SAME DAY POSTAGE

All orders placed and payment cleared before 11.30am between Monday & Friday (excluding UK public holidays) will be posted same day at 2pm when Royal Mail collect our post.

Orders placed on Friday after 11.30am or during the weekend will be sent with our Royal Mail postal collection at 2pm Monday (excluding UK public holidays).

 

UK NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY POSTAGE

Our cut off point for UK next day special delivery postage has to be 12.00 noon Monday to Friday, so we can process and pack the order before our 2pm Royal Mail collection. Special Delivery is not availabe during weekends or UK public holidays. If we are on holiday a note will be put on the home page with details, UK next day special delivery will not be availabe during these times.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow up to 16 working days for all International Deliveries under normal circumstances, holiday periods will take longer.

Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges applied to your delivery if purchased outside the UK.

Due to customers needing tracking, delayed or missing parcels and the Royal Mail discontinuing certain services, all overseas orders will now be sent with Tracked postage (or an available equivalent for certain Countries). A number will be provided which can be tracked on the Royal Mail website. If the order is large or valuable a courier service may be used at our discretion.

The customs information we have to supply is now fully digital in all areas, so we cannot alter any purchase amounts or information. Customs officers will check the goods match the invoice.

 

SHIPPING TO EUROPE AND NORTHERN IRELAND

Unfortunately due to the new EU imposed customs charges for all low value items, it is no longer cost effective to ship to the Eurozone or Northern Ireland, our apologies. However, we can still ship to these zones if you buy from our stores on Ebay or Etsy, because of the way market places collect the new tax.

 

SHIPPING TO FAR EASTERN COUNTRIES

Due to customs issues in Countries such as China, Japan and Singapore we recommend a maximum goods value limit of £100 ($130) in order for your items to clear customs in these Countries without problems. If you overspend customs may retain the order and destroy it. The customs information we have to supply is now fully digital in all areas, so we cannot alter any purchase amounts or information. Customs officers will check the goods match the invoice.

 

GEMSTONE CABOCHONS UK POSTAGE

Our Sister site 'GemstoneCabochonsUK' operates on a flat rate postage system where we use only tracked postage, a tracking number will be provided for all orders which can be fully tracked at every stage of its journey (the price reflects this service and is due to the valuable items for sale). The number can be tracked on the Royal Mail website. Due to increased Royal Mail costs, packages will be sent Tracked 48 which is a fully tracked service and allows us to keep the postage cost reasonable.

 

RETURNS

Email us at angelleesadesigns@gmail.com to request a return, with your order number, name and items you wish to return and why, when we recieve the item back we will submit a full refund including return postage if the item is defective.
